Board of Director's Meeting
This is a special meeting called by the President of the club to discuss officially appointing an interim treasurer to file Federal and State tax returns and other related filings currently being undertaken by the club's president and vice president as was previously authorized by unanimous consent at the last business meeting and conduct any other business that may be necessary.
